📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the hotel
- Manage and mentor a team of hotel managers and department heads
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 10 years of experience in hospitality management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully managing high-end hospitality operations
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
- Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
