📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Packing products according to specified standards and sizes using Packing Machines and manual methods.
• Applying labels and tags using Labeling Software to ensure accurate product identification.
• Checking products for defects and ensuring only quality items are packed.
• Collaborating with the production team to meet daily production targets.
• Maintaining a clean and organized packing area to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Following safety protocols and adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Assisting in inventory management by updating records of packed products.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in packing or related roles in the food processing industry.
• Familiarity with Packing Machines and Labeling Software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language and local customs.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory).
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test.
