📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create high-quality 3D models and assets for various projects, including games, VR experiences, and architectural visualizations.
• Develop and refine textures, materials, and shaders to enhance the visual appeal of 3D assets.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure 3D assets meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Animate 3D models to bring characters and environments to life, using industry-standard software.
• Optimize 3D assets for performance and compatibility across different platforms and devices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in 3D art and animation.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve processes and workflows within the team.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the creative direction of projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in 3D Art, Computer Graphics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a 3D Artist, with a portfolio showcasing a range of projects and skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software, including Blender, Maya, and ZBrush.
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques.
• Experience with animation and rigging, including character and environment animation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
