• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through direct client interactions.
• Present and demonstrate Indium Dynamics Solutions' HR and outsourcing services to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the HR and outsourcing industry.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer care and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and outsourcing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HR or outsourcing industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of HR and outsourcing solutions.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
