📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain the Mobile EV Charging Van, ensuring all equipment is in optimal working condition.
• Provide on-site EV charging services, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and automotive issues in EVs, using specialized tools and software such as Autel MaxiSYSTEM and Torque Pro.
• Assist customers with charging their EVs, offering expert advice and support.
• Perform regular inspections and servicing of the Mobile EV Charging Van, including battery checks, fluid levels, and tire pressure.
• Monitor and report on the performance and usage of the charging equipment.
• Collaborate with the Asticom team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in EV technology and charging infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an EV technician or in a related automotive/electrical field.
• Certification in EV charging technology or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software such as Autel MaxiSYSTEM and Torque Pro.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and automotive components.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Familiarity with Bali’s traffic and road conditions is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive the Mobile EV Charging Van.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
