📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to the sales team during customer meetings and presentations.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of technical proposals and presentations.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to ensure that our products meet customer requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements in the CCTV and Access Control Systems field.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for customers and internal staff.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing customers.
  • Participate in trade shows and exhibitions to showcase our products and services.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the CCTV and Access Control Systems industry.
  • Strong understanding of CCTV and Access Control Systems technologies and products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with English is a plus.
  • Ability to travel for business purposes.
