📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and execute sales projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the HVAC industry.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that our HVAC solutions are technically sound and meet industry standards.
• Coordinate with installation partners to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the HVAC sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, project management, or a related field in the HVAC industry.
• Proven track record of success in managing and executing sales projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
