📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance e-commerce platforms using Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Adobe Experience Manager.
• Optimize user experience and conversion rates by leveraging data analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and integrate e-commerce solutions, ensuring seamless functionality and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, including GDPR and PCI-DSS.
• Monitor and analyze platform performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in digital commerce, and drive innovation within the team.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce architecture and development, with a strong background in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Adobe Experience Manager.
• Proven experience in optimizing user experience and conversion rates using data analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
• Strong understanding of API integration, data management, and cloud-based solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications in Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Developer, Adobe Certified Expert - Experience Manager, or similar are a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
