📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
• Utilize HRIS and recruitment software such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, or Workday to streamline HR processes.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documents.
• Stay informed about labor laws and regulations in Indonesia to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and administrative roles.
• Proven experience using HRIS and recruitment software such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, or Workday.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
