📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive skincare consultations to assess clients' unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Perform advanced skincare treatments using Chanel's premium skincare products, including facials, peels, and anti-aging therapies.
• Educate clients on the importance of skincare and provide ongoing advice to maintain their skin's health and radiance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in skincare, attending Chanel-sponsored training sessions and workshops.
• Collaborate with other estheticians and beauty therapists to ensure a cohesive and luxurious client experience.
• Manage and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring they are clean, organized, and stocked with the necessary supplies.
• Uphold Chanel's commitment to excellence and deliver exceptional service to every client.
• Participate in Chanel's community engagement initiatives, contributing to the well-being of local communities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a skincare therapist or esthetician in a luxury setting.
• Certification in advanced skincare techniques, such as Chanel's Luxury Skincare Certification or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of Chanel's skincare product range and their benefits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and treatments efficiently.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting Chanel's luxury brand values.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
