📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, using tools like BambooHR and Greenhouse.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.
• Oversee HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Work closely with senior management to understand business needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter to source and engage potential candidates.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and Recruitment, preferably in the construction industry.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
