📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services,Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and retention,Set and achieve monthly sales targets,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns,Maintain accurate sales records and reports,Participate in team meetings and sales training sessions,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or customer service roles,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools,Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines,Fluent in Indonesian and English,Previous experience in the industry is a plus,Valid SIM card and reliable transportation
