📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various job openings, ensuring a diverse and qualified applicant pool.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recommendations.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
