📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Manage the sales team and provide guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
