This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rp 7.000.000 – Rp 12.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies and plans to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of logistics coordinators.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics activities with overall business operations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations and teams.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
