📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare services.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of services and resources.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.,Represent NUHS at industry events and conferences to promote our services and network with key players.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in a senior leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading operational teams.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
