📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis and job descriptions to ensure accurate and effective recruitment.,Sourcing and attracting top talent through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screening and evaluating job applicants to identify the most qualified candidates.,Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Negotiating offers and onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.,Maintaining a strong understanding of the labor market and industry trends to inform recruitment strategies.,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and employers to foster a positive reputation for the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry or role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proven ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets and deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a must.
