📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Organize and coordinate employee training and development programs.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Support the management in workforce planning and analysis.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
