📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Monitor project progress and coordinate with project managers.,Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.,Manage and train site personnel to ensure efficient operations.,Prepare and submit regular reports on site activities and progress.,Handle any issues or challenges that arise during site operations.,Ensure all work is completed within budget and on schedule.,Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.,Proven experience in project management and site supervision.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
