📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to high standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in food service and customer service.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.,Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.,Collaborate with the restaurant manager to develop and implement strategic plans for the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.,Experience in training and developing staff is a plus.
