This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be based in Gunung Kidul, DI Yogyakarta.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations,Manage store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement,Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies,Maintain accurate and up-to-date store records and reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Knowledge of retail software and systems is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with local retail market trends and consumer behavior
