📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the safe operation of the vessel and compliance with all maritime regulations and industry standards.,Plan and execute voyages, including route planning, cargo operations, and port calls.,Maintain a high level of safety and security on board, including adherence to safety protocols and emergency procedures.,Oversee the work of the crew, including supervision, training, and performance management.,Manage and maintain vessel records, including logbooks, maintenance schedules, and safety equipment.,Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and practices, including waste management and pollution prevention.,Coordinate with shore-based teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and communication.,Monitor and report on vessel performance, including fuel consumption, engine maintenance, and other key metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's Certificate (MM) or equivalent.,Knowledge of international maritime regulations, including SOLAS, ISM, and ISPS.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a crew.,Familiarity with cargo operations and port procedures.,Experience with vessel maintenance and repair.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
