📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software problems.
  • Manage user accounts and access permissions.
  • Backup and recover data as needed.
  • Assist in IT project implementation and upgrades.
  • Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.
  • Document IT processes and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with network protocols and security measures.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
