📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management of daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and ordering.,Train and develop store staff to maintain high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management or similar role.,Proven track record of successful sales performance and customer service management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
