📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting thorough audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure the integrity and security of financial information.,Preparing and presenting detailed audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in auditing and risk management.,Providing guidance and mentorship to junior auditors.,Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance audit processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity.,Professional certification in auditing (e.g., CPA, CIA, or ACCA) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using audit software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
