📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Reviewing financial statements and internal control procedures to identify areas for improvement.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Collaborating with various departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems.,Providing guidance and support to other departments on audit-related matters.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance audit processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the bakery industry is a plus.
