📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
  • Maintain employee records, including personal data and employment history.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.
  • Organize and facilitate training programs for employees.
  • Support the management in strategic HR planning and development.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
