📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the cashier in managing transactions, including sales and returns.
  • Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and record-keeping.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cash register area.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock control.
  • Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.
  • Assist in training and supporting new team members.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the retail operations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or retail role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use point-of-sale systems.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and stock control.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
