📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist drivers with boarding and disembarking passengers
- Manage passenger complaints and ensure their resolution
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bus
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers
- Assist with fueling and refueling the bus
- Keep accurate records of passenger counts and routes
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Bus Assistant or similar role
- Familiarity with transportation operations and procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Good physical fitness and stamina
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Fluency in Indonesian and English (preferred)
