In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating with hiring managers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and schedule interviews.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.,Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Contribute to the development of a positive employer brand for PT Oryza Jaya.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
