In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and suppliers.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about the event and facilities.,Ensure that all banquet areas are set up according to the event plan, including tables, decorations, and equipment.,Monitor the flow of guests and ensure that they are seated and served promptly.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, including tables, chairs, and equipment.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area throughout the event.,Assist in the preparation of food and beverages, including setting up buffet stations and serving guests.,Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or event industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with banquet and event planning software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is required, and English language skills are a plus.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
